When tasked with redesigning a donation card for the Jewish Genetic Diseases Center, and asking the right question of the need, it quickly became clear that the organization required more than just a new card—it needed a complete rebrand. Through research, it became evident that the community wasn’t connecting with the previous brand, which was impacting donations. With the organization relying on 92% of its funding from donations, I developed a rebranding strategy that included a fresh logo and a new marketing approach. The results were remarkable: community genetic screenings increased by 50%, and donations rose by 75%. Ultimately, the donation card became a minor focus in the grand scheme of their revitalized identity.
